Our Order Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and shipped out on the next available day via USPS First Class, UPS or Priority Mail, along with a tracking number.
Our Shipping Policy
On occasion, items may be sold out in-store and our inventory may not have been updated in time to show the item is no longer available. If an order is placed for a sold out item, it will be automatically refunded and we will ship out the rest of items in the order. Hello Cutie Shop reserves the ability to cancel any orders without notice for any reason, including suspicious account activity, improperly inputted address, or suspicious form of payment.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Hello Cutie Shop will gladly accept product returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase for an exchange, or a refund of the purchase price and the respective sales tax (if applicable).
Please confirm that your order is correct at the time of checkout because Hello Cutie Shop cannot cover any return shipping fees. After we have evaluated your return request and it has been approved, we will promptly send you a refund that is equivalent to the total value that was charged at the time of purchase, minus any shipping fees associated with your order. Your refund will be delivered to the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase.
Please note that for all exchange requests, we will only approve your request if the product(s) associated with your exchange request show physical damage that was sustained during the delivery process. Likewise, exchange requests will only be approved if the product(s) associated with your exchange request are characterized by any notable defects. If your exchange request successfully meets either of these two requirements, the customer will be responsible for returning the items associated with the exchange request within 14 days of the purchase date.
Return Item Qualifications
In order to qualify for a return, item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, re-sellable, and cannot be a product that falls under the the “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” section (see below).
Apparel, Footwear, and Jewelry products must also have all original tags attached in order to qualify for a return.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any Cosmetics items, Undergarments, Blind Boxes, and Sale & Promotional products.

How to Return an Item
Please securely place the items you wish to return into a package along with your order invoice and send the package back to us at the following return address:

Exchange Requests Relating To Incorrect Sizes
If your order arrives and you are unhappy with your order due to issues pertaining to incorrect sizing for any footwear or apparel items and you would like to exchange the product for another size, please promptly submit an order with the proper size. We cannot guarantee that the correct size will be in stock due to the limited availability of some of our products, so please submit your revised order sooner than later.
After you have successfully submitted your new order containing the product size that you need, you must then securely package the product and ship it to our returns address. In order for your initial order containing the incorrectly sized product to be considered for a return, you must do so within the 14 day return window. In addition, the item(s) must be free of any physical damage and all original tags must still be attached.
Once we receive your returned order and it has been approved, Hello Cutie Shop will then disperse a refund that is equivalent to the total amount paid for only the returned item(s), along with any sales tax fees that were charged at the time of checkout. Please note that any shipping fees charged to the customer at the time of checkout will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that any items associated with your order arrive either damaged or defective, and you would like to request a refund or an exchange, please notify us within seven (7) business days from when the order was delivered. After the seven (7) business day window, any requests made will not be considered.

It is crucial that you include your order number and a brief description that details the damage pertaining to your product(s). In addition, (if possible) please send us an image that depicts the issue in question. Lastly, please specify whether you would like to request either a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive and evaluate your request, we’ll get back to you promptly via email with further information and/or instructions. Please note that any damaged or defective products that are approved for an exchange/refund must be returned to us by the customer.
Refunds
After we have successfully received the returned item(s), and your request has been approved, we will then refund you the purchase price and the respective sales tax (when applicable) or process an exchange depending on your request.
Refunds will be issued to you within 8-10 business days, back to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase. We will be notify you via email that your refund has been issued.
The amount of time taken for your refund to appear on your banking statement depends on the financial institution that was used at the time of checkout. Normally, we expect for an accurate reflection to appear on your banking statement within 3-10 business days of the refund being issued.
Incorrect, Invalid, or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete shipping address, we will process your order as a return. We will then issue you a refund for your purchase, but any shipping and handling fees/charges will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding.
